Natasha Duff-Cole & Jodene Pooler
In 2009, Duff-Cole saw an opportunity to turn her lifelong passion for bridal fashion into a career when she recognized both the number of former-brides who experienced scams when selling their wedding gowns online and the growing demand for designer wedding gowns at discounted prices. Duff-Cole launched Charlotte-based Lineage Bridal and wedding gown listing service LineageBridal.com, providing customized services and protecting budget-minded brides and women who wish to safely sell their wedding dresses.
"I wanted to offer women a trusted online venue to showcase their treasured wedding gowns and work one-on-one with brides-to-be, helping each find her ‘perfect’ gown – at a price that didn’t leave her dipping into the honeymoon fund," said Duff-Cole. Today, Duff-Cole and business partner, Jodene Pooler, facilitate each Lineage Bridal gown sale personally – protecting the privacy of gown buyers and sellers as each party works directly with Lineage Bridal.
"We sincerely enjoy the relationship we build with each bride, and providing them with that special attention and a personal touch is part of what defines us, "said Pooler. The company recently launched a unique, personalized "Gown-Finder’s Service" through which they perform a specialized search to match brides with designer gown options that fit within their style and budget criteria.
As the company’s headquarters and roots have grown since launching two years ago, their vision for the years ahead includes an ongoing commitment to identify opportunities in which the company can give back to the Charlotte community.
